Shags Literata

Shags Literata is the home of fiction written by the author known as ShagsTheDustmop.  Currently, all her stories are fanfiction stories revolving around the Harry Potter universe, however there are plans to expand into other areas including original fiction and crossover fanfiction.

Shags Literata is also accepting submissions for third party works of fanfiction and original fiction.  Keep in mind that Shags Literata is not fanfiction.net and we have stringent standards.  The guidelines for submission are as follows:

All authors must be over the age of 21.

All submissions must be ready for publication and free of spelling and grammatical errors. Shags Literata does not perform beta reading or editing services.

Stories may contain erotica, however any characters engaging in sexual behavior must be over the age of 18.  An exception is activity between seventh year students.  Slash is permitted, however male pregnancy and incest are not.

No plagiarism is permitted. If you are referencing someone else's work, do so appropriately.

Note to those shipping the Potterverse: I do not enjoy Harry/ Ron slash (but I love Trio, go figure!), so please be forewarned that if you submit it, it must be almost divine for me to want to accept it.  I also don't particularly enjoy erotica involving Dumbledore or Filch or slash involving Neville.

Depiction of violence is permitted, however gore for its own sake is not.  Use it sparingly.

Shags Literata is divided into three sections.  Shags Erotica contains stories that have strong sexual content, i.e. stories that would be rated R or NC-17.  Shags Utopia is the repository for stories which are more universally appropriate, stories that would be rated G through PG-13.  Shags Eclectica contains the middle ground - stories that are neither overtly sexual nor appropriate for young children.
